Brett Leavey - Scottsdale, AZ - I just tried the WW for the first time. I ordered just one to try out, but after I hit with it, I ordered two more for my other sticks. A couple friends laughed at me at first but stopped laughing when they tried it out. It's amazing I hadn't heard about it until now. It's made my transition to a semi-western grip smooth. I can even switch easily to an eastern for flat forehands and a continental for one handed slices. My biggest concern about switching to a semi-western forehand was finding the other grips during competition, but with the Wonder Wedge, it's no problem at all. Thanks for a great product. -Brett Thanks Brett
Later Brett sent me a great E-mail describing why he liked it so much for his two-handed backhand plus other observations he had. It is a little long so we put it up on a page by itself. It is that good plus it addresses some common questions.
Mike and Michael - San Antonio TX - Update -Thanks again Ed for your State Championship winning product!! Michael made many believers and I know he is sparking an uproar with the WW... almost being disqualified in a tournament about 2 weeks ago because of it but luckily I had the formal letter written by the USTA and I stepped in and showed the tournament director. Ahhh the look on the parents faces...thinking that michael was cheating... it was one I will remember.
Bungalo Bill - Tennis Warehouse Forum Guru - USPTA-USPTR teaching professional, Bill's comments are great and explains some things a lot better then the site does. It is a little long so we included it on a page by itself, if you would like to check it out.
Mark Whelan - Cumming, GA - Great story and testimonial -
Michael Delloro - San Antonio, TX - I regripped my son's racquets and at first he said it felt weird but it took about 10 minutes and he was hitting so much better I couldn't believe my eyes---his strokes were so much crisper and fuller--- it was so rythmic---I really need to get some more WWs for my son's other racquets. My son will be going for the Super Champ status in the boys 18s. Thanks again for an awesome product. - Thanks
Dave Langford - Rocky River, OH - Tried one and love it. Thanks for a great idea and product. Dave ordered 5 more. -Thanks-
Phuong Vinh - Menands, NY - I like the feel of my new grip with the Wonder Wedge. It gives a good frame of reference for finding the correct grip to execute the various strokes. Phuong ordered 3 more. - Thanks -
Steve MacDonald - Pacheco, CA - Great product - Thanks -
Darnell Caballes - Yonkers, NY - Kudos - Great product -
Gerry Canter - KY -- I'm amazed at how effortless it is to hit very accurate flat and topspin forehands with the WW. It's like hitting my forehand on autopilot. Thanks Gerry.
Special thanks to Rich La Rauch, who runs a tennis camp in Germany, for ordering numerous "Wonder Wedges" and his interest in the product.
Gary Spruill - President/CEO The Awning Sleeve Shirt Co., Inc. Ed, I used my Wedge to learn a Western grip. Worked like a charm...now, during the heat of a match I can switch automatically from my normal eastern grip to a western grip. Talk about the surprise my opponents get when all of a sudden the ball has a totally different spin and pace. Thanks Gary.
Martin S. Linda - Riverdale, NY -- "It is a terrific product which immediately made an impact on my tennis game". Thanks Martin. Recently Martin called and said, he was going through the airport and thought, "What if my rackets get stolen, how will I get another "Wonder Wedge?" Thank goodness he still had our number. Thanks Again.
Dr. Jeffrey Aranita - Honolulu, HI -- "I think you have a fine product and I hope you do well." Thanks Jeff.
Dan Kocks - Knoxville, TN -- "Please send me another "Wonder Wedge." I have enjoyed the first one I ordered very much". Thanks Dan. After a mailing to our customer list Dan sent this back.
Ed, I can't tell you how happy I was to receive your letter regarding the Wonder Wedges. I somehow mis-placed your card and have been using the original Wonder Wedges for several years now, having to change then as I went through new/broken frames. Everything you say about the product is true and them some. Please send me two ASAP! P.S. They are great for a one-handed backhand. Thanks again Dan.
James K. Ryan - Daly City, CA -- Thanks for the quick response on my "Wonder Wedge" order. Please send me two more. It works great. Thanks James.
Special Thanks to Andre Hansbrough, Indianapolis, IN. for your support, reorders and love of tennis. I enjoyed talking to you.
Bert Curry - Little Rock, AR -- Ed, I wish that I would have found your ad sooner. I played three doubles matches (and won!) with the WW this weekend. What a concept! Using the WW and practicing the grips shown on your website finally make the mechanics lightbulb come on. The biggest improvement so far is the forehand. Further more I am beginning to get the hang of moving my hand on the WW for my backhand shot. Thanks Bert
The following are unsolicited testimonials from people who have tried the Power -V- Grips, mastered the new points of leverage and traction and now will never play without it. I would like to thank all those people who sent these great testimonials. Thanks everyone for your kind words and support. Best Regards, Ed
Mike and Michael - San Antonio, TX - The latest from Mike and Michael, if you are a serious junior or a high school player with aspirations of playing college tennis you really need to check out this testimonial. If you don't want to read the whole thing at least go to the bottom and check out the Before WW and using the WW, very, very impressive.
Randy - CA - Randy is a real student of the game and very much in tune with mechanics and the grips.
Toan Tran - Houston, TX - I got in a couple hours of hitting time with the WW last week and I am very impressed with the outcome. My backhand has improved 100%. I am no longer slicing every backhand. I am actually hitting topspin backhands that barely graze the net and drop within 2 or 3 feet of the baseline! And I haven't done anything different - just added the WW. Thank you for making such a great product Thank you Toan for the great testimonial - Ed -
John Nunnally - Greer, SC - I just finnished playing tonight and had a new teammate from Germany ask me what in the world did I do to my grip. After we finished playing (6-0, 6-1) he was very curious to find out more about the Wonder Wedge. I gave him your website info. I love my Wonder Wedges. I am ordering two more for some demo racquets. Thanks again.
Peter - NY - AWESOME!!!! (but you must be very patient). I am now hitting every shot in the book. Thank you so much for this wonderful invention.
Jon Fausett - Atl., GA Jon, thanks so much for all of your support. Ed
Just wanted to let you know I am still continuing to get great benefits from your product. Your WW has to be the single best tennis improvement out there. Really, before the WW, all I really felt comfortable doing was hitting forehands. My forehand, which I really didn't know pre WW was a semi western or full western, has gotten better(I ended up settling on the WW forward grip you mentioned as an alternate western forehand on your site). Your tip on your site about really getting your shoulder involved with this type of forehand is really a good one. My backhand, serves, and volleys, are really improved. I used to struggle with a consistent slice backhand, which I think is a must shot for skilled tennis. I think my main problem, pre WW, was just getting my hand consistently on the correct continental grip. Now, I have no problem with this, and my slice backhand is now biting good. With my base knuckle on top of the WW, and my trigger finger laid across the beveled tip of the WW, I can really hit down and somewhat across the ball with authority and get a very nice biting back/sidespin on the ball, I can't duplicate the shot with any consistently at all without the WW. I am also serving so much better with the WW, I can now swing out on my 2nd serve, which I never had been able to do before. The bottom line is anyone below, at the very least a 4.5 level, who is interested in learning to play skilled tennis, should try the WW. The only reason folks would not like it, or think they don't like the WW, is because their grips aren't in line with skilled tennis. I am convinced the WW forces one to use skilled grips.
Thanks, Jon Fausett
Juan Meer - Yucca Valley, CA Thanks for the great tips, I have never bought a product where the seller was so genuinely interested in helping the consumer effectively use the product after the sale. Juan thanks fo much appreciated your E-mails and support. Ed
Juan's complete testimonial - very interesting - Serious junior players
Got the WW just 2 days after having placed my order. Thanks so much for the quick service. As for what I think about your product, quite simply, the WW lives up to everything you promised. I was amazed at how quickly you can install the device to the existing handle, and how comfortable it fit in the palm of my hand. Without a doubt your device has identified the key grips I use to a level I have never experienced prior. In fact, my biggest issue is that I'm second guessing myself as I've never been able to locate the two primary grips I use, Semi-Western and Eastern backhand, so easily. Also, the wonderful byproduct of the pronounced number 3 bevel is that you can quickly identify whether or not you're using the correct grip for the desired shot, i.e. continental for volleys and serves.
In short, I am more than satisfied with your wonderful product and will be placing a second order for my backup raquet immediately.
Thanks again for the quick and professional service.
Andre's first testimonial
Hi there, just to let you know I got the package today, fortunatly I was able to install it on my ProStaff 85 just before I hit the courts to play with my long-time tennis buddy. Let me tell you I love the power-v-grip, I finally I have a backhand! For the first time in my life I was able to hit some great winners with my backhand, the shots I usualIy played safe now I was ripping them just inside the lines. I was able to find the eastern backhand grip in a flash, and my semi-western forehand grip felt a lot more stable, no more racquet-twisting. I have a hard time finding big enough grip sizes (I use to get 4 5/8 grip size racquets and then add a couple of overgrips) so I install the power-v-grip and then put the original grip on. It was just the right size for both grips. The one grip I had a hard time adjusting was the continental, so slice backhands and serves were too incosistent, plus since Im not a good server I had a terrible time with double faults (I got like 16 in a 2 sets match), so I need to work on that. Other than that, I have nothing but positive things to say about the power-v-grip. Since I had no time to try it before the match I would say I did pretty well, I though I would need at least 2 or 3 sessions with my ball machine to get used to the power-v-grip, but it felt really good from the start, so natural. I will install it in all my racquets, so I will make a new order in a few days. Thanks again and congratulations for a great product and awsome customer service.
Andres second testimonial, he is falling in love with the process of improvement.
Thanks a lot Ed, actually Im the one that should say thanks, the Power-V-Grip has turned my tennis game upside down. I was talking to my hitting partner (who is now becoming my doubles partner), and he told me how much my game has improved in the past couple of months. He used to wipe the court with me everytime we played, he used to beat me 6-1, 6-0 most of the time, now we are like 7-5, 6-4 or 6-4, 6-7. splitting sets from time to time...he still beats me most of the time, but he has to work a lot harder, and Im starting to get a few sets from him.
Congratulations to me...I was finally rated 3.5 by USTA. People notice that my game is different...they ask me what changed? I point to two things...(1) my backhand volley...I hit it for winners and/or with pace...as opposed to just dropping it back in with nothing on it and (2) the backhand return of serve is much more consistent. Initially, I tried the wedge on one racket for a while but finally gave up. Then help arrived. I developed tendinitis in both wrists, especially the left wrist. Well, the pain on the two handed backhand was tremendous, especially on the left wrist. Didn't play for a while. When I did come back, I put the wedge back on...and this time, on both rackets...and told myself that I was going to a one hander on the backhand wing. Hey, it didn't happen overnite, but I really enjoy stroking a one hander now. The wedge makes it soOOOOOOOO easy to find the backhand grip...and in a hurry when under pressure. The backhand volley is strong...because the grip is soOOOO strong.
Hey, I owe it all to you. Had a few guys grip my racket and think about it. Told them it's not a real big commitment. Sent a few links to your website out too. But for what it's worth, thank you, thank you, and thank you.
I mainly wanted to try the V-Grip to improve my one-handed backhand grip. I never learned to hit with a eastern backhand grip and a straight arm at impact. Trying to hit with a backhand grip always felt very strange to me, even when I started to use an eastern grip I would slip back into a continental or even more rotated grip somewhere between backswing and follow-thru. I have even gone so far as to duct-tape my hand to the racquet. I'm pleased to tell you that the V-grip works much better and makes for an infinitely quicker grip change for forehands and volleys than duct-tape. The V-Grip really helps make my backhand much more solid and reliable. I can now hit with an eastern backhand grip without the V-Grip, but find I still fall back into old habits and the handle turns in my hand. The V-Grip means I don't have to squeeze hard to maintain the grip and I don't have to think about it. I just ordered 2 more and want teach my son to hit a one-hander with aid of the V-Grip. Thanks so much for your help, with the help of your product and some great advice from the Virtual Tennis Academy I am going to have a wicked backhand to going along with my new Millennium forehand.

I've played a few times with PVG 2 now and I just want to tell you:
thank goodness this thing isn't more popular!
I feel I have a HUGE advantage over my opponents!
I'm a pretty decent club player (in my club ladder of 100+ people I'm #10)...I'd say in the NTRP scale around 4.5+...
I had a pretty good forehand before, but now, freaking bullets are flying off my racquet...winners left and right...the torque I get is just immense!
My 2nd serve kicks like crazy and my 2HBH is just very, very solid.
All my opponents have commented on my new, improved tennis...
If you remember, I ordered the PVG 1 as well, but I find it too big...
If I can make a suggestion, there's definitely room for PVG 3, which would be a bit smaller than PVG 2...
I'd like to thank you for your wonderful patent Edward...
